I want to tell you about an accomplishment we’ve had with our very small community. Even if we are few members, we managed to create an amount of bags and donated them to an NGO that offers palliative home-care for patients with incurable diseases and support for their families.
They have a shop with preloved clothes and books, where you can get a coffee that helps sustain their activity and now they will be selling our bags there too!
Moreover, they enjoyed the idea and will join the community and will offer their resources – meaning time, space, sewing machines and preloved fabrics – to do creative workshops for creating the bags, having their purpose in mind – helping the ones in need while helping the planet too!
So we are happy, that’s all. And we love Boomerang Bags!
