A partnership between the Anglican Church in Essendon North and the Brotherhood of St Laurence NDIS office in Niddrie to create bags for the local IGA in Keilor Rd, who have commited to moving to Boomerang Bags and to phasing out their 15cent plastic bags. There is an opportunity for any interested community members to get involved.
