Boomerang Bags Ascot Vale

Ascot Vale is a progressive little suburb tucked into the inner western suburbs of Melbourne.  We have the lovely, life filled and sparkling Maribyrnong River running along side us, which gives us inspiration to reduce our waste, look after our environment and teach our kids how to life a sustainable, responsible, green life.

We make bags every week at our workshops and through the bag making we’ve forged some strong friendships.  We have sewn nearly 1400 bags to date and we’ve in turn, assisted approx 5 businesses located on Union Road, Ascot Vale to become single use plastic bag free (or reduced).  Its amazing what a small group of passionate people can do.  Please join us!
