Biloela is a rural town located in the Shire of Banana, Central Queensland, Australia. It’s population is 5,758. It is a tight knit community with lots of farming and mining.
Year 7 Home Economics classes are sewing every year their very own Boomerang Bags to reuse, distribute or gift to someone else. Our hope is that our small act to avoid plastic bag usage and reuse donated fabrics will help the environment here and also Australia as a whole.
