Boomerang Bags Canowindra commenced in early 2018 and has been running for 3 yrs. It started as an initiative of Canowindra CWA to complement their War on Waste program. An attempt has been made to encourage recycling in the village and to reduce the number of soft plastic bags in circulation.All the fabrics have been sourced from remnants from crafters cupboards, upholstery swatch books and fabrics which have been donated to charity.
